络天青常用于铝、铍等金属元素的光度测定,但用于测定铜时的摩尔吸光系数比前者高。本文在pH为5.0~6.0下,不加表面活性剂,在适当掩蔽剂存在下,利用络天青与铜生成的络合物在583.5nm处有强烈特征吸收。可用于各种合金、岩石、污水和多种食物中微量铜的测定。 1 试验部分 1.1 仪器与试剂 GBC UV/VIS 916型紫外可见分光光度计 VIS-723型分光光度计 DZ-Z型酸度计 TH-2型恒温水浴 铜标准溶液;0.1mg·ml~(-1) 络天青标准溶液:1g·L~(-1),用乙醇(1+1)溶液配制。 缓冲溶液:六次甲基四胺40g,加水90ml,6mol·L~(-1)盐酸20ml,稀释至500ml。

Buffer solution: hexamethylenetetramine 40g, add water 90ml, 6mol · L ~ (-1) hydrochloric acid 20ml, diluted to 500ml.
