作者采用自制的纯p30和抗p30单克隆及多克隆抗体,对前列腺特异性抗原p30在人类生殖与受孕中的作用进行了研究。实验结果表明:由p30产生的自身抗体对人类生殖过程无不良影响;由p30诱生制备的异种抗p30抗体在体外也不干扰人类生殖过程。由此提示p30不适宜推荐作为免疫避孕的疫苗抗原。
The authors used homemade p30 and anti-p30 monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies to study the role of the prostate-specific antigen p30 in human reproduction and pregnancy. The experimental results showed that the autoantibodies produced by p30 had no adverse effect on human reproductive process. The heterologous anti-p30 antibody induced by p30 also did not interfere with human reproductive process in vitro. This suggests that p30 is inappropriate as a vaccine antigen for immunocontraception.
