为了提高医师中药处方质量,规范医师的临床用药,我院药剂科每月随机抽取三天的中药处方进行点评。根据《处方管理办法》和《中药处方格式及书写规范》的要求,发现有些中药处方存在一些问题,采用合理有效的方法,逐步规范中药处方,现就有关内容探析如下。1资料随机抽取我院2013年每月三天的中药处方,共3968张。就每张处方的临床诊断、用法用量、特殊煎法脚注、配伍禁忌、用药天数等方面进行分析统计。
In order to improve the quality of physicians prescriptions of Chinese medicine, standardize the clinical use of physicians, our hospital pharmacy three days a month to randomly select the traditional Chinese medicine for comment. According to the “prescription management approach” and “Chinese prescription format and writing norms,” the request and found that there are some traditional Chinese medicine prescription some problems, using a reasonable and effective method, and gradually regulate the prescription of Chinese medicine, the content is now explored as follows. 1 Materials A total of 3,968 prescriptions of Chinese medicine per day for three days in 2013 in our hospital were collected. On each prescription clinical diagnosis, usage and dosage, special frying method footnote, incompatibility, medication days and other aspects of statistical analysis.
