中国买家在一年中约购买了2.3万多栋美国房子杭州市中心一套100平方米公寓,能换加州两栋别墅,并且进可移民,退可投资。2011年,美亚置业在长三角的业务中,有一半左右是浙江人。尽管对海外的法律、政策一知半解,但越来越多人怀揣摸着石头过河的心态,把买房置地的眼光瞟向了美国。
Chinese buyers bought about 23,000 U.S. houses in downtown Hangzhou for a 100-square-meter apartment in the middle of the year, making it possible to redevelop two villas in California and to invest and resettle. In 2011, about half of Meiya’s home ownership business in the Yangtze River Delta was from Zhejiang. Despite the poor understanding of overseas laws and policies, more and more people are embracing the feeling of crossing the stones and turning their eyes on the United States.
