2006年9月30日国家商务部公示了首批被认定为“中华老字号”的企业名称,各省参选的700多家企业中,只有434家通过了认证,这些老字号有的是百年以上的老品牌,有的实现了股份制的新改造,还有的适应了现代的市场需要的而开展了连锁经营,老字号们分散在商业、餐饮、服务和文化等各个领域,从事云锦生产的“南京市云锦研究所”(以下简称云锦所)也位列其中。
On September 30, 2006, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China publicized the names of the first companies to be recognized as the “old Chinese name.” Of the 700 enterprises participating in the provinces, only 434 have passed the certification. Some of these old brands are more than a hundred years old. Brands, some have achieved a new transformation of the joint-stock system, and others have adapted to the modern market needs and carried out chain operations. The old brands are scattered in various fields such as commerce, catering, service, and culture, and they are engaged in the production of “Nanjing City”. Yunjin Institute (hereinafter referred to as Yunjin Institute) is also among them.
