作为法律上的组织体,法人的侵权责任的认定,与自然人相比,存在着特殊性,这主要涉及法人的侵权行为能力及法人的侵权行为构成,其责任的承担,不能简单的归于个人。本文就此试探法人的侵权责任承担问题。
As a legal organization, the cognizance of the tort liability of a legal person is different from that of a natural person. This is mainly due to the ability of the legal person to infringe the act and the infringement of a legal person. The responsibility of the legal person can not be attributed to the individual simply. This article tries to explore the legal liability of tort liability.
