针对当前施工企业工程项目成本核算存在的体制不完善、经济观念不强、核算工作流于形式及成本管理失控等主要问题,本文就工程项目施工成本控制进行五个方面的分析,以供探讨:①规范成本核算形式；②推行责任成本运作方式；③强化项目承包班子成本管理素质；④提高成本控制意识；⑤完善项目成本控制制度.
