用分光光度计检测4种微生物悬液光密度,用平板涂布培养法测出活菌浓度,经回归分析证明两者间呈正相关。根据所得直线回归方程lg δ=a+bx,可由微生物悬液光密度值计算出其活菌浓度。
The optical density of the four kinds of microbial suspension was detected by spectrophotometer, and the viable concentration was measured by plate coating culture method. The regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between them. According to the linear regression equation obtained lg δ = a + bx, the concentration of viable bacteria can be calculated from the optical density of the microbial suspension.
