目的:探讨青龙衣胶囊对环磷酰胺所致小鼠白细胞减少症的防治作用。方法:60只昆明小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、阳性组、青龙衣胶囊高、中、低剂量组,共6组。除空白组外,其余各组注射环磷酰胺5天,造模成功后给予青龙衣胶囊高、中、低剂量8天,记算脾脏系数、胸腺系数,记录外周血白细胞数量。结果:与模型组相比,给药组脾脏指数及胸腺指数显著提高,接近空白对照组;外周血白细胞数显著增加。结论:青龙衣胶囊可促进骨髓造血,提高免疫功能而起到扶正固本,提高小鼠生存状态的作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Qinglongyi capsules on leukopenia caused by cyclophosphamide in mice. Methods: Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, positive group and Qinglongyi capsule high, medium and low dose groups. In addition to the blank group, the remaining groups were injected cyclophosphamide for 5 days, after the success of modeling to give Qinglongyi capsules high, medium and low dose of 8 days, calculate the spleen coefficient, thymus coefficient, record the number of peripheral white blood cells. Results: Compared with the model group, the spleen index and thymus index of the administration group were significantly increased, close to the blank control group; the number of peripheral white blood cells increased significantly. Conclusion: Qing Long Yi Capsule can promote bone marrow hematopoietic, improve immune function and play a central role in strengthening the body and improve the survival of mice.
