《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》中第一次提出“现代产权制度”理论,把现代产权制度定为现代企业制度、现代市场体系和社会经济体系的基础,同时,明确提出“大力发展资本和其他要素市场”,“建立多层次资本市场体系”,“规范发展产权交易”。这些政策精神为产权市场的发展指明了方向和道路,意义十分重大。产权市场发展的前景已经明朗。
