随着国际建筑工程市场的一体化和国内工程建设法律、法规的不断完善,建筑工程安全管理在建筑行业、建筑企业和项目管理中的作用日益重要。社会对工程建设专业人才的安全管理能力要求日益提高。本文通过对战略管理理论发展历程的梳理,把握了战略管理思想演进的脉络,并对建筑工程安全管理引用广义战略管理研究发展趋势进行展望。
With the international construction market integration and domestic construction laws and regulations continue to improve, construction safety management in the construction industry, construction enterprises and project management is increasingly important role. Social requirements for the safety management ability of engineering construction professionals are increasing day by day. Through the review of the development of strategic management theory, this paper grasps the context of the evolution of strategic management thinking, and prospects the research development trend of construction management safety management by reference to generalized strategic management.
