The room-temperature phosphorescence properties of micellar solution of water-soluble palladium and m eso-tetra (4-trimethylaminophenyl) porphyrin complex (Pd-TAPP) were studied. Experiments show that Pd-TAPP has strong RTP emission at 6 80 nm in sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) medium. Lifetime measurements showed that the RTP of Pd-TAPP in aqueous solution attenuated as a single exponential with a lifetime (τ) of 0.51 m s
