新课程体系在课程功能、结构、内容、评价和管理等方面都较原来的课程有了重大的创新与突破,这场改革也给中小学美术教师带来了严峻的挑战和不可多得的机遇。对教师的教育理念、教育方式、教学行为等都将要求改变,教师将由知识的传授者转化为以促进学生发展的组织者、合作者、激励者。本文便是从这一角度出发,阐述了美术教师在新课程改革背景下如何转变角色。
The new curriculum system has made major innovations and breakthroughs in the functions, structure, content, evaluation and management of the curriculum compared with the original curriculum. This reform has also brought severe challenges and rare opportunities for art teachers in primary and secondary schools. . Teachers’ educational concepts, education methods, teaching behaviors, etc. will all require changes. Teachers will be transformed by knowledge transferers into organizers, collaborators and motivators to promote student development. This article starts from this point of view and elaborates how artistic teachers can change their roles in the context of the new curriculum reform.
