在课堂上,我们随时都能看到小组讨论式的合作学习,但是多数讨论仅仅停留在形式上,往往是老师一宣布小组讨论,前排学生唰地回头,满教室是一片嗡嗡声,可是,谁也听不清谁在说什么。几分种后,老师喊停。学生立刻安静下来。老师们也清楚,这种学习效果不是很大,可又束手无策。要想走出“合作学习”的误区,需要澄清一些模糊认识。合作学习是指有指导地使用小组教学,让学生们在一起学习,使所有学生的学习效果最大化。目前,合作学习的指导不够,效果也不明显,看见的只是一起学习的形式。小组学习有三个要素:其一,学生之间互相配合,明确任务中的分工和个人责任。小组里没有明确的分工,就没有真正意义上的合作;
