天然气集输系统是由气田集输管网、天然气处理厂、输气干线、输气支线以及各种用途的站场组成的统一的、密闭的水动力系统。气田地面集输系统主要包括气井、气田集输管网以及各种站场。随着天然气开采的深入,天然气集输系统日益庞大、臃肿,对运行管网进行优化调整可以提高管网输送效率,减少气田开发费用,提高气田开采的经济效益,而气田地面集输设计又是整个集输系统中最复杂重要的环节。为此,本文主要从以下方面针对天然气气田地面集输设计要点进行了简单分析。
Gas gathering and transportation system is a unified, confined hydrodynamic system composed of gas gathering and transportation network, natural gas processing plant, gas trunk, gas branch and station for various purposes. Gas gathering and transportation systems on the ground include gas wells, gas gathering pipe network and a variety of stations. With the deepening of natural gas exploitation, the natural gas gathering and transportation system is increasingly huge and bloated. Optimizing and adjusting the running pipe network can improve the pipe network transmission efficiency, reduce the gas field development cost and increase the economic benefits of gas field mining, The most complex and important part of the entire gathering system. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the design points of gas gathering and transportation in natural gas field from the following aspects.
