在非整数圈涡旋压缩机模型和动力模型的基础上 ,编制了仿真程序 ,选择一组基本几何参数对涡旋压缩机进行了计算 ,给出了以两参数表达的压力和温度结果 ;根据仿真程序给出了该组几何参数下涡旋压缩机的设计制冷量等参数 ;对一台同样基本几何参数的涡旋压缩机样机进行了测试 ,设计制冷量等参数与实验测试项目的对比结果表明 ,应用非整数圈涡旋压缩机模型是可靠而精确的
Based on non-integral scroll compressor model and dynamic model, a simulation program was compiled, a set of basic geometric parameters were selected to calculate the scroll compressor, and the pressure and temperature results expressed in two parameters were given. The simulation program gives the parameters such as the design refrigeration capacity of the scroll compressor under the set of geometric parameters. The test of a scroll compressor prototype with the same basic geometric parameters is also carried out. The comparison of the design parameters of the refrigeration and the experimental test items It shows that the non-integer lapsing scroll compressor model is reliable and accurate
