新时期依法治国、构建和谐社会的时代背景,对我国法律人才的知识结构和能力素质提出了全新的要求,社会急需实践型法律人才、复合型法律人才。我国旧有的法学教育已经凸显不足,地方本科院校在法学教育上应整合优势资源,创新人才培养模式与培养途径,办出各自的特色,满足社会对法律人才日益复杂多样的现实需求。
The background of governing the country according to law and building a harmonious society in the new period has put forward entirely new requirements for the knowledge structure and ability and quality of legal professionals in our country. The society urgently needs practical legal talents and compound legal talents. The old law education in our country has been underlined. Local colleges and universities should integrate advantageous resources, innovate the mode of personnel training and ways of training, carry out their own characteristics and meet the actual needs of the society for the increasingly complicated and diversified legal talents.
