于小鼠妊娠第9~11天肌注环磷酰胺10mg/kg,给药后第1、3和7天采血,用Impact 400型临床生化自动分析仪(USA Gilford公司生产)测定血浆总蛋白(TP)、葡萄糖(Glu)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和丙酮酸激酶(PK)的含量(样本数10~20),结果如下。 1.小鼠血浆7项生化指标的正常值:用速率法测定ALP、ALT、AST、LDH和PK的正常值(U/L,30℃)分别为272±94、39±12、110±10、375±69和343±68,TP68±4g/L(双缩脲法)、Glu 8±1mmol/L(酶法)。 2.溶血对小鼠血浆7项生化指标的影响:溶血时血浆TP、Glu、ALT、LDH明显增高。 3.妊娠对小鼠血浆7项生化指标的影响:妊娠第12天和18天时,孕鼠血浆TP降低,ALP和AST明显减少。 4.环磷酰胺对小鼠血浆7项生化指标的影响:环磷酰胺给药后不同时间采血,各组小鼠血浆TP、Glu、ALP、ALT、AST、LDH和PK与溶剂对照组比较无显著性差别(P>0.05)。

Effect of hemolysis on 7 biochemical parameters in mice plasma: TP, Glu, ALT and LDH were significantly increased in hemolysis. Pregnancy on mouse plasma biochemical indicators: 12th and 18th day of pregnancy, pregnant rats plasma TP decreased, ALP and AST decreased significantly. The effect of cyclophosphamide on 7 biochemical indexes in mice plasma: Blood samples were collected at different time after administration of cyclophosphamide. The levels of TP, Glu, ALP, ALT, AST, LDH and PK in plasma of mice in each group were compared with the solvent control group Significant difference (P> 0.05).
