本研究应用乳酸脱氢酶C4同工酶(LDH-X)活性加热-乳酸基质比色法对25名汞蒸气接触男工和15名正常对照男工的血清及精浆LDH-X活性进行测定,发现长期接触低浓度的汞蒸气可致接触者的精浆LDH-X相对升高,并与血汞浓度有关。结果揭示汞蒸气接触可能对接触男工射出精液中精子的结构完整性有不良影响。
In this study, the activities of LDH-X in sera and seminal plasma of 25 mercury vapor exposed male workers and 15 normal control male workers were determined by lactate dehydrogenase C4 isoenzyme (LDH-X) activity heating-lactate matrix colorimetry Found that long-term exposure to low concentrations of mercury vapor resulted in a relative increase in seminal plasma LDH-X levels associated with blood mercury concentrations. The results revealed that exposure to mercury vapor may have an adverse effect on the structural integrity of sperm exposed by male workers in ejaculating sperm.
