低碳发展是应对全球变暖和能源危机的一种新型发展方式。由于化石能源危机以及高碳排放而导致的环境问题引起了温室效应,城市实施低碳发展是中国加速城市化进程的必然选择。本文从三个方面探讨了城市低碳发展。第一部分涉及了环境伦理学的基本理论问题及思维方式的转变,人类的思维方式从“人类中心主义”走向了生态文明。第二部分阐述了低碳发展下生产方式从工业主义到生态化生产的转变。第三部分探讨了中国城市低碳发展面临的形式及低碳社会的建设。本文主要从环境伦理的角度探讨低碳城市的人文路径,为低碳城市建设奠定了价值基础。
Low-carbon development is a new way to deal with global warming and energy crisis. Environmental problems caused by the fossil energy crisis and high carbon emissions have caused the greenhouse effect. The implementation of low-carbon urban development is an inevitable choice for China to speed up urbanization. This article explores urban low-carbon development from three aspects. The first part deals with the basic theoretical issues of environmental ethics and the change of the way of thinking, and the way of thinking of mankind has moved from “anthropocentrism” to ecological civilization. The second part expounds the shift of production mode from industrialism to ecological production under low-carbon development. The third part discusses the forms of low-carbon development in China’s cities and the construction of a low-carbon society. This paper discusses the humane path of low-carbon cities mainly from the perspective of environmental ethics, laying a value foundation for the construction of low-carbon cities.
