职业中学是我国培养基层职业技术人员的重要职业技能培训机构。当今,我国有很多的学生都通过职业中学进行学习,毕业后从事生产等工作。职业中学具有较大的生源,每年都有很多学生报名职业中学,进行各个专业的学习。关于职业中学职业能力的培养,需要学校、学生和社会企业共同参与完成。就我国职业中学职业能力培养提出以下建议,从而为中职学生提供更加宽广的就业途径,使他们走上岗位后,更好地适应工作,为社会奉献自己的力量和才华。
Vocational high school is China’s primary vocational and technical personnel training of important vocational skills training institutions. Today, many students in our country learn through vocational schools, and after graduation they are engaged in production and other work. Vocational secondary schools have a larger source of students, each year a lot of students enrolled in vocational schools, all professional learning. The cultivation of occupational proficiency in vocational secondary schools requires the participation of schools, students and social enterprises. The following suggestions are made on how to cultivate vocational skills in vocational schools in our country so as to provide more broad employment opportunities for students in secondary vocational schools so that they can better adapt themselves to work and dedicate their own strength and talents to the society after they have taken positions.
