目的 :观察红丝线草提取物对肾性高血压大鼠血压和肾功能、血液流变学的影响。方法 :采用两肾一夹高血压模型 ,灌胃给药 7周 (其中第 6周停止给药 ) ,于第 1、3、5、6、7周末测血压 ;第 7周末留 2 4 h尿测尿量、尿蛋白含量 ,并处死动物取血测尿素氮、肌酐和血液流变学指标。结果 :高剂量的红丝线草灌胃能使第 3、5、7周末的高血压大鼠血压明显下降 ,且降低全血粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞刚性指数 ;高、低剂量组的 2 4 h尿量、尿蛋白浓度和2 4 h尿蛋白总量较模型组低。结论 :红丝线草能降低肾性高血压大鼠的血压、血液流变学指标以及尿蛋白浓度和 2 4 h尿蛋白总量
Objective : To observe the effects of extracts of red silkworm on blood pressure, renal function and hemorheology in renal hypertensive rats. METHODS: The two-kidney-one-clip hypertension model was administered by intragastric administration for 7 weeks (of which the administration was stopped at the 6th week). Blood pressure was measured at the end of the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th weeks; 24 h of urine was left at the 7th weekend. Urine volume and urinary protein content were measured, and animals were sacrificed and blood was taken for urea nitrogen, creatinine, and hemorheology indexes. RESULTS: High doses of red silk grass can significantly reduce the blood pressure of the hypertensive rats at the 3rd, 5th, and 7th weekends, and reduce the whole blood viscosity, the whole blood reduced viscosity, and the RBC rigidity index; 2 of the high and low dose groups. The 4 h urine volume, urinary protein concentration and 24 h urinary protein total were lower than those in the model group. Conclusion : Red silk weed can reduce blood pressure, hemorheology indexes, urinary protein concentration and total urinary protein of 24 hours in renal hypertensive rats
