贸易平衡是各国的经济利益以及其综合竞争力共同博弈的结果,也是国际贸易方向的大势所趋。国与国之间、各个经济主体之间、以及各个区域之间想要做到贸易平衡却并非易事。贸易平衡对全球的经济发展具有举足轻重的作用,WTO的基本原则是当今国际贸易的最基本原则,它秉着公平公正原则、自由贸易原则、透明度原则以及非歧视原则,这些已经成为各国发展国际贸易必须遵循的原则。
The trade balance is the result of a common game between the economic interests of various countries and their overall competitiveness. It is also the general trend of international trade. It is not easy to balance trade among nations, all economic actors, and between regions. The trade balance plays an important role in the global economic development. The basic principles of the WTO are the most basic principles in today’s international trade. It adheres to the principle of fairness and justice, the principle of free trade, the principle of transparency and the principle of non-discrimination. Must follow the principle.
