本文采用ELISA对365名正常人、75例变态反应性疾病及免疫治疗后的22例变态反应性疾病血清总IgE水平进行测定。结果表明,变态反应性疾病血清总IgE水平明显高于正常组,差别有高度显著性(p<0.01)。治疗组IgE水平与正常组比较差异有显著性(p<0.05)。6例过敏性紫癜与正常组比较差异有高度显著性(p<0.01)。
In this paper, the serum levels of total IgE in 365 normal subjects, 75 allergic diseases and 22 allergic diseases after immunotherapy were measured by ELISA. The results showed that the serum total IgE levels of allergic diseases were significantly higher than the normal group, the difference was highly significant (p <0.01). IgE levels in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the normal group (p <0.05). 6 cases of allergic purpura compared with the normal group was highly significant (p <0.01).
