一、自助式包裹收寄系统发展应用概况随着互联网用户规模的持续扩大和网上购物相应优势的不断显现,电子商务包裹的寄递成为全球邮政业务发展的新的增长点。为了扩大包裹收寄的渠道、扩大包裹投递网络的覆盖面,以及提供全天候包裹收寄和投递的自助服务、降低包裹寄递运营成本,世界各国邮政和一些速递物流企业纷纷推出一种新的包裹投递模式——自助式包裹收寄系统。
