目的:通过检测玉屏风散对实验性免疫低下小鼠的体液免疫、淋巴细胞转化率、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、ADCC活性的测定的影响,探讨玉屏风散对免疫功能的调节作用。方法:选取昆明种小鼠30只,随机分成3组,每组10只。玉屏风散组:以玉屏风水煎液灌胃(25g.kg-1.d-1);正常对照组及氢化考的松模型组:以等量生理盐水灌胃,均连续给药10天。玉屏风散组及模型组于给药后4天,用氢化考的松(20mg.kg-1.d-1)肌肉注射,连续7天,各组均于第11天时观察各项指标。结果:玉屏风散能显著增加正常小鼠和注射氢化考的松引起的免疫低下小鼠的体液免疫、淋巴细胞转化率、巨噬细胞吞噬功能以及抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒作用(ADCC)的活性,与正常对照组相比,P<0.05;与HC模型组相比,P<0.05。结论:玉屏风散对小鼠的免疫功能有明显的促进作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Yupingfeng powder on immune function in mice with immunodeficiency through detecting the effects of Yupingfeng powder on humoral immunity, lymphocyte transformation rate, macrophage phagocytosis and ADCC activity in experimental immunocompromised mice. Methods: Thirty Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups (n = 10). Yupingfengsan group: with Yupingfeng decoction gavage (25g.kg-1.d-1); normal control group and hydrocortisone model group: an equal amount of saline gavage, were given for 10 consecutive days. Yupingfengsan group and model group were intramuscularly injected with hydrocortisone (20mg.kg-1.d-1) for 4 days after administration for 7 consecutive days. The indexes of each group were observed on the 11th day. Results: Yupingfeng Powder can significantly increase humoral immunity, lymphocyte transformation rate, phagocytic function of macrophages and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) in immunocompromised mice caused by normal and injected with hydrocortisone ) Compared with the normal control group, P <0.05; compared with the HC model group, P <0.05. Conclusion: Yupingfeng powder can obviously promote the immune function of mice.
