由我所研制成功的复合消音材料于7月22日在江苏镇江市通过部级技术鉴定。来自高等院校、轻工、手工、造船、机械、纺织、冶金等系统的近五十名代表参加了会议,上海冶金局受冶金工业部的委托,主持了这次鉴定会。复合消音材料是一种新颖的功能材料,它是由两块(或数块)普通碳钢板(或特殊用途钢板)中间夹有粘弹性材料芯层所组成,它的强度由选用的各基体钢材料来保证,阻尼性能则有粘弹性材料和约束层结构加以保证的。
