共建“丝绸之路经济带”是中国新的发展战略构想,是中国和亚洲、欧洲、非洲共同发展的新机遇、新挑战,更是兵团发展壮大的重要历史契机。充分发挥兵团的区域优势和作用,积极参与“丝绸之路经济带”建设,对兵团实现共同富裕、促进民族团结、维护社会稳定和保障边疆安全具有重大战略意义。2013年9月7日,习近平总书记在哈萨克斯坦纳扎尔巴耶夫大学演讲中提出,用创新的合作模式,共同建设地跨欧亚的“丝绸之路经济带”。
Building a “Silk Road Economic Belt” is a new strategic development concept for China and a new opportunity and a new challenge for the common development of China, Asia, Europe and Africa. It is also an important historical turning point for the Corps to grow and develop. It is of great strategic significance for the Corps to realize common prosperity, promote national unity, maintain social stability and safeguard the security of the frontier by giving full play to the regional advantages and functions of the corps and actively participating in the construction of the “Silk Road Economic Belt.” On September 7, 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward in his speech at Nazarbayev University in Kazakhstan to jointly build a “Silk Road Economic Belt” across Europe and Asia with an innovative mode of cooperation.
