Objective To observe the effect of Eighteen Emery Paste on skin lesions and serum IL-4 in rats with eczema. Methods The model of eczema in rats was established. The effects of omeprazole (0.14g / kg), medium (0.21g / kg) and high (0.35g / kg) , Vaseline (similar to the Tibetan medicine matrix) as the control group. The comprehensive score was observed. The dorsal skin was taken for histopathological observation and dermal inflammatory cell count. The content of IL-4 in serum of the rats was detected by ELISA. Results Eighteen Omegulas could improve the pathological manifestations of epidermal keratinization, thickening of spinous cells and sudden protuberances of the epidermis caused by DNCB to varying degrees, and the difference was statistically significant in each administration group and the model group; Erythema of the administration group reduced or disappeared, the score was lower than the model group, the difference was statistically significant; each group dermal intradermal inflammatory cell count was significantly lower than the model group, the differences were statistically significant; model group IL -4 was lower than that in normal control group. IL-4 in each group was higher than that in model group, and there was significant difference between high and low dose group and model group (P <0.05). Conclusion The Tibetan medicine Eighteen Oolong Cream can effectively improve the symptoms of eczema such as erythema and edema. The mechanism of its treatment for eczema may be related to the regulation of proinflammatory and proinflammatory cytokines and the inhibition of inflammatory cells.
