本文报告31例中国人尿毒症CAPD治疗,每次交换1.5％Dianeal透析液2升,每日3次,透析时间3～30月,平均5.5月。检测了病人血液中九项生化指标,包括Bun、Cr、白蛋白、TC、TG、HDL-C、C_3、C_4和使用肝素后血中肝脂酶及脂蛋白脂酶活性。并与44例肾功能正常人血液TC、TG、HLD—c及用肝素后脂肪分解酶作对照,对照组男性11例,女性33例。治疗组男性17例、女性14例,原发疾病为慢性肾炎16例(IgA肾病6例),糖尿病肾病G例,高血压肾硬化2例,原因不明7例;年龄17～67岁,平均37.6岁,受检者每日限水500ml,自由饮食,平均
This paper reports 31 cases of Chinese uremic CAPD treatment, each exchange 1.5% Dianeal dialysate 2 liters three times a day, dialysis time 3 to 30 months, an average of 5.5 months. Nine blood biochemical parameters were tested in the blood of patients, including hepatic lipase and lipoprotein lipase activity in blood of Bun, Cr, albumin, TC, TG, HDL-C, C_3, C_4 and heparin. 44 cases of normal renal function of blood TC, TG, HLD-c and heparin after lipolytic enzyme control, the control group of 11 males and 33 females.
