【目的】通过分析化州柚生长点土壤的酸度及其化橘红药材中柚皮苷的含量,探讨土壤酸度对化橘红柚皮苷含量的影响规律。【方法】采用高效液相色谱法测定柚皮苷含量,色谱柱:Kromasil ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇—水—体积分数36%乙酸(体积比49∶51∶4),流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:室温;检测波长:283 nm。土壤pH值测定按国家林业行业标准LY/T 1239-1999进行,采用水土质量比为2.5∶1进行测定。【结果】35份样品柚皮苷含量和土壤pH值呈显著性负相关,R2=0.243。【结论】土壤pH值对化橘红柚皮苷含量有显著影响,有利于化橘红柚皮苷含量积累的土壤pH值为4.3~4.5左右。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of soil acidity on the content of anthocyanin in the orange juice by analyzing the acidity of the soil and the content of naringin in its orange juice. [Method] The content of naringin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The column was Kromasil ODS column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water with the volume fraction of 36% acetic acid 4), flow rate: 1.0 mL / min; column temperature: room temperature; detection wavelength: 283 nm. The determination of soil pH value is carried out according to the national forestry industry standard LY / T 1239-1999, and the soil water content ratio is 2.5: 1. 【Result】 There was a significant negative correlation between the content of naringin and the pH value of soil in 35 samples, R2 = 0.243. 【Conclusion】 Soil pH has a significant effect on the content of anthocyanin, which is beneficial to the soil pH value accumulation of anthocyanin content of about 4.3 ~ 4.5.
