本文构建两部门经济模型,将FDI对技术创新的影响放在开放背景下,从新产品产值、专利申请和劳动生产率三个方面,系统地就FDI对福建工业技术创新的影响进行验证。研究表明,由于FDI技术保护机制以及竞争效应,短期内会导致新产品产值下降。但从长期看,FDI技术溢出对新产品产出和专利申请量都有积极的促进作用,并有利于工业全员劳动生产率的提高。
This paper constructs a two-sector economic model, and puts the impact of FDI on technological innovation in an open context. The impact of FDI on industrial technological innovation in Fujian is systematically verified from three aspects of output value of new products, patent application and labor productivity. The research shows that due to the technical protection mechanism of FDI and the competitive effect, the output value of new products will decrease in the short term. However, in the long run, FDI technology spillover has a positive effect on the output of new products and patent applications, and is conducive to the improvement of the labor productivity of all workers in the industry.
