针对湛江站站场改造工程规模大、涉及专业多、严重干扰运输的问题,提出了编制施工方案应充分做好技术准备、现场调查、了解运输要求等准备工作后,根据运输要求及对运输生产影响的大小程度,从总体上安排好站内各场改造施工的先后次序并确定每个场的详细施工步骤,确保施工方案的科学合理,以努力减少对运输的影响。
In view of the large scale of Zhanjiang station yard reconstruction project involving many professions and serious interference with transportation, it is proposed that preparation plan should be fully prepared for technical preparations, on-the-spot investigation and understanding of transportation requirements. After preparing for the transportation plan, The magnitude of the impact, from the overall arrangements for the site to rebuild the order of construction and to determine the detailed construction steps for each field to ensure that the construction program is scientific and reasonable, in an effort to reduce the impact on transport.
