[目的]了解汉源县孕妇及乳母营养知识、态度、行为等营养健康相关情况,为进一步开展孕妇及乳母营养教育工作提供科学依据。[方法]采用自制问卷及面谈法对汉源地区4个乡镇,共234名的孕妇及乳母进行随机KAP问卷现场调查。[结果]汉源地区孕妇及乳母营养知识、态度、行为平均得分为(34.41±11.53)分,营养知识、态度及行为及格率分别为27.35%、96.15%、61.54%。孕妇及乳母缺乏足够的营养知识,营养态度较好,营养行为有待改进。K、A、P之间的存在明显相关性,相关系数分别为0.294、0.230、0.301;孕妇及乳母KAP水平受地区及胎次的影响。[结论]汉源县孕妇及乳母营养知识和行为存在较多问题,有待改善,初级卫生保健机构应加强孕妇及乳母营养知识的宣教,采取有效措施促进孕妇及乳母健康,为灾后重建工作的长远进行打下坚实基础。
[Objective] To understand the nutrition and health status of pregnant women and lactating mothers in Hanyuan County and to provide scientific basis for the further education of pregnant women and nursing mothers. [Methods] A total of 234 pregnant women and nursing mothers in 4 townships in Hanyuan district were surveyed by random questionnaires and interviews. [Results] The average scores of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of pregnant women and lactating mothers in Hanyuan district were (34.41 ± 11.53) points, the nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior passing rate were 27.35%, 96.15% and 61.54% respectively. Pregnant women and nursing mothers lack of adequate nutritional knowledge, better nutritional attitude, nutritional behavior needs improvement. K, A and P, the correlation coefficients were 0.294, 0.230 and 0.301 respectively. The KAP levels of pregnant women and nursing mothers were affected by the region and parity. [Conclusion] There are many problems in nutritional knowledge and behavior of pregnant women and nursing mothers in Hanyuan County, which need to be improved. Primary health care institutions should strengthen the education of nutritional knowledge of pregnant women and lactating mothers and take effective measures to promote the health of pregnant women and nursing mothers.
