南方坡耕地土壤大部分较贫瘠,筛选出适合在丘陵坡地贫瘠土壤种植的苎麻种质,对于生态恢复和经济生产非常重要。本研究将田间平地试验、田间坡地试验、盆栽试验相结合,以10个苎麻种质为材料,测定株高、分株数、叶片数、叶面积、叶片SPAD、总鲜重、总干重、原麻重、氮肥利用效率、钾肥利用效率等10个指标,运用主成分分析、隶属函数、聚类分析方法,对筛选指标和抗性分类进行综合分析。通过主成分分析筛选出分株数、总鲜重、叶面积、株高、叶片SPAD、叶片数、氮肥利用效率、钾肥利用效率等8个指标可以有效的评价苎麻耐瘠性;对各性状隶属函数进行聚类分析,10个苎麻种质可划分为两类,一类是冷水江野麻、浏阳野麻;另一类是湘苎三号、多倍体一号、湘苎X2、湘苎X1、湘苎X3、湘苎XB、中苎一号、长沙野麻。通过研究苎麻耐瘠相关指标,建立了苎麻耐瘠性评价的指标体系,筛选和鉴定出了苎麻耐瘠性资源。
Most of the cultivated soils in the southern slope are relatively barren, and ramie germplasm suitable for planting on marginal soil in hillsides is screened out, which is very important for ecological restoration and economic production. In this study, 10 ramie germplasms were used as materials to measure the plant height, number of ramets, number of leaves, leaf area, leaf SPAD, total fresh weight, total dry weight, Hemp weight, nitrogen use efficiency, potash utilization efficiency and other 10 indicators, the use of principal component analysis, membership functions, cluster analysis methods, screening indicators and resistance classification were analyzed. Eight indicators of ramese were screened by principal component analysis, including plant number, total fresh weight, leaf area, plant height, leaf SPAD, leaf number, nitrogen use efficiency and potassium utilization efficiency. Cluster analysis, 10 ramie germplasm can be divided into two categories, one is the cold water Jiang wild, Liu Yang wild; the other is Xiangzhu three, polyploid one, Xiangzhuo X2, Xiangzhu X1, Xiang Zhu Limo X3, Xiang Limo XB, in a limonene, Changsha wild Ma. By studying the index of barren resistance of ramie, the index system of evaluating the barren resistance of ramie was established, and the resources of barren resistance of ramie were screened and identified.
