本文应用正交设计方法,对1%Rivanol 作中期妊娠引产的效果及其有关因素作了分析,得因素水平的最佳组合条件为 A_1B_1C_1D_1。即产妇年龄25岁及/或以下,妊娠期20周及/或以下,宫底高度脐下一横指及以下,1%Rivanovl 80mg,胎儿平均娩出时间为最短。F 检验结果各因素及其交互作用均不显著。但因素 A 及 A×B 对娩出时间有一定影响(F>>F_(1-0.1(1,2))。结果分析表明,产妇机体的神经—机能状态对其胎儿娩出时间的关系较大。
In this paper, the effect of 1% Rivanol on induction of labor during the second trimester of pregnancy and its related factors were analyzed using orthogonal design method. The optimal combinations of factors were A_1B_1C_1D_1.
