Truly capable leaders are not just experts who are good at leadership. They should not only be able to lead others in resolving today’s problems, they should also be able to anticipate tomorrow’s problems. Leaders should also be able to effectively communicate and collaborate, improve the capabilities of their subordinates and bring them together and collectively to accomplish the set goals. Leaders should prepare their team for new challenges. Although no two leaders have exactly the same personality or
