为观察内镜微波凝固疗法的疗效，应用其治疗消化系疾病１２３例。结果９８例共１１５颗消化道息肉有９７颗一次灼除，１８颗二次灼除；１４例消化道恶性狭窄患者吞咽困难明显改善，但因癌肿继续生长，远期疗效不佳；９例消化道良性狭窄获满意松解，复发时治疗仍有效；１例大肠血管畸形并出血病灶消失，出血停止；１例升结肠囊肿凝固切开后囊肿消失。除一例食道癌术后发生食管———气管瘘外，余无并发症。
