甘肃是一个多宗教的省份,信教人口较多,保持宗教关系和谐、维护社会稳定的任务重。2月10日,甘肃省委书记陆浩到甘南、临夏两个少数民族自治州,看望慰问宗教界代表人士,向他们送上新春的祝福,这已是陆浩连续第四年春节刚过就这两个地方考察慰问。5月24日,陆浩在《人民日报》以《积极做好新形势下的宗教工作为改革发展稳定创造良好环境》为题,对近年来甘肃宗教工作经验进行了全面总结,提出新形势下宗教工作要着力做好四个方面工作:
