当前,大数据已成为新时代重要的战略资源,它开启了一次重大的时代转型,正在改变我们的生活以及理解世界的方式,成为新发明和新服务的源泉。我国作为世界电信用户规模、互联网用户规模第一的信息大国,正在向建设信息强国的道路迈进,大数据必然成为信息通信业关注的焦点。在探索大数据方面,贵州省信息通信业走在了全国的前列,三大电信运营商的大数据中心均已落地贵州。优越的自然条件、优秀的通信运营企业以及具有远见卓识的政府主管部门,让曾经云里雾里的云计算有了扎实推进的牢固基础,让那些炫目的大数据应用有了用武之地,也为全国的信息通信业探索出一条转型大时代背景下的信息化发展之路。
