爱孩子是教师的天职。不管传统的经验型教师还是今日追求的研究型教师,有一个教育家的博爱的胸怀、有对事业的满腔热忱,永远是学前教育的第一要义。但,现实中并不是所有的教师都那么爱孩子。由中央教科所史慧中研究员主持的国家教委“七五”科研项目“关于《适应我国国情,提高幼儿素质》”的研究结果显示:有近40%的幼儿园教师对孩子的态度是不喜欢或一般。那么究竟什么是对孩子的爱?爱应当怎样体现在口头和行动上?教师、父母应该怎样对孩子付出真爱?
Love children is the teacher’s vocation. Regardless of the traditional experience-based teachers or today’s pursuit of research-based teachers, there is an educator’s fraternity, enthusiasm for career, will always be the primary pre-primary education. However, in reality, not all teachers love children so much. The results of the “July 5” scientific research project of the State Education Commission under the State Education Commission, entitled “Adapting to the national conditions of our country and improving the quality of young children”, presided over by Shi Hui-zhong, a researcher at the Central Academy of Education, show that nearly 40% of kindergarten teachers do not like or follow the attitude of their children. So what exactly is love for children? How should love be reflected in words and actions? How should teachers and parents give true love to their children?
