“三个代表”重要思想是马克思主义党建学说史上的重大理论创新 ,要全面理解“三个代表”重要思想的科学内涵 ,就必须把握其内在的逻辑结构 ,从整体上把握它的精神实质。本文从政党执政合法性理论及其社会系统论的角度 ,分析“三个代表”重要思想的内在逻辑机制 ,指出代表“先进生产力的发展要求”是基础和根本 ;代表“先进文化的前进方向”是灵魂和先导 ;代表“最广大人民的根本利益”是本质和归宿。这三者的理论综合 ,构成了新世纪指导我们党的建设的伟大纲领 ,构成了我国人民实现中华民族伟大复兴的根本指针。它既符合了社会主义制度对党的先进性和历史任务的要求 ,也适应了党执政合法性现代结构的要求。
The important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ is a major theoretical innovation in the history of Party building in Marxism. To fully understand the scientific connotation of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ we must grasp its inherent logical structure and grasp its spiritual essence as a whole. This paper analyzes the inherent logical mechanism of the important thinking of the “Three Represents” from the perspective of the legitimacy of party governance and its social system theory. It points out that the “requirement of development of advanced productive forces” is the foundation and the foundation of the “forward direction of advanced culture” It is the soul and the forerunner. Representing the “fundamental interest of the overwhelming majority of the people” is essence and destination. The theoretical synthesis of these three forms the great program guiding the building of our party in the new century and constitutes the fundamental guideline for our people in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It meets the requirements of the socialist system for the party’s advanced nature and historical tasks as well as the requirements of the modern structural legitimacy of the party in power.
