2004年起,江苏卫视开始改革自己的品牌定位,开启了一系列围绕“情感天下”为中心的节目;2008年、2009年两年,江苏卫视再次打造适合本台长期发展的品牌定位——情感世界。这一转变让江苏卫视从单点式的独特化运营,进入群体的频道化运营。这一品牌定位沿用至今,其中最具特色的便是《非诚勿扰》这个以婚恋交友为节目主旨的真人秀节目。它不仅开启了江苏卫视幸福的大门,更将网络式婚恋交友变革成为人们能用视觉、触觉感知到的现场式。
