目的 :为了探讨射麻止喘液对支气管哮喘气管炎症的抑制作用。方法 :将 4 8只豚鼠随机分为 5组 ,观察射麻止喘液对豚鼠血浆及肺组织内皮素 (ET)水平及对肺组织嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润的影响。结果 :射麻止喘液可以降低血浆及肺组织ET水平 ,并可抑制豚鼠肺组织嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润。结论 :射麻止喘液具有抗感染作用
Objective : To explore the curative effect of Shema Zhichuan Liquid on tracheal inflammation of bronchial asthma. METHODS: Forty-eight guinea pigs were randomly divided into five groups to observe the effect of Shema Zhichuan Liquid on plasma and lung endothelin (ET) levels and infiltration of eosinophils in lung tissue of guinea pigs. Results: Shema Zhichuan Liquid could reduce plasma and lung ET levels, and inhibit the infiltration of eosinophils in lung tissue of guinea pigs. Conclusion: Shema Zhichuan Fluid has anti-infective effect
