医疗卫生改革牵动了病案科室的每个角落,使我们看到了希望。过去的病案工作人员年龄偏大、上不了夜班的,身体不好被照顾到病案室工作,手工完成十余道工序。20世纪科学技术的进步改变了许多工作模式和观念,信息技术和发展对病案管理学科要求更具现代化、规范化,这就迫使病案管理人员必须在结构上发生变动。近十年来病案室人员结构变动较多,趋于年青化,具有专业学历的比例在增加,顺应了病案学科发展的需求。
Health care reform affects every corner of the medical records department, so that we see hope. Past medical record staff older, not on the night shift, poor health was taken care of the casework, handmade more than ten procedures. The progress of science and technology in the 20th century has changed many working models and concepts. The demand for information technology and development in medical record management has become more and more standardized and standardized, which has forced the record-keeping personnel to make structural changes. In the past ten years, there has been a lot of changes in the structure of medical record staff, tending to become young, and the proportion of those with professional qualifications has been increasing, thus meeting the needs of the development of medical record cases.
