加强和创新社会管理是关系到党和国家事业发展全局的一项重大战略任务,如何在基层司法行政工作中深入推进社会管理创新,是广大基层司法行政工作者深入思考和不断实践的重大课题。近来,许多电视台不断推出各种电视调解节目,如江西卫视的《金牌调解》、山东卫视的《和为贵》、山西卫视的《小郭跑腿》、湖北电视台的《调解现场》、吉林电视台的《广角民生》等等,让人民调解工作走上电视节目,成为创新人民调解形式的一种有益做法。司法部副部长郝赤勇在看过江西卫视《金牌调解》后批示:“让人民调解工作直接走上荧屏,是社会管理创新的好形式。用老百姓身边的事讲法制、讲道德、讲和谐,自然要受到老百姓欢迎。同时,也取得了调解一案、教育一片,调解一案、化解一类矛盾的效果。”去年8月,北京电视台以《第三调解室》栏目命名的第三调解室人民调解委员会成立,使电视人民调解工作更加规范,对电视人民调解工作起到了很好的示范和推动作用。
