通过棉籽原位酸催化转酯化联产生物柴油和无毒棉粕。考察了棉仁粒径、反应过程中的反应时间、酸催化剂用量、醇油摩尔比、反应温度、搅拌速度对产物中脂肪酸甲酯(FAME)含量和棉粕中游离棉酚(FG)含量的影响;通过单因素和正交试验得到反应的适宜条件为:棉仁粒径小于0.335mm,反应时间7h,酸油质量比1∶1,醇油摩尔比310∶1,反应温度65℃,搅拌速度600r/min。在此反应条件下,通过验证试验得到反应产物中甲酯含量为93.3%,棉粕中游离棉酚含量为0.018%,低于FAO规定的国际标准。
