The revision of the Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Bridges and Culverts (JTJ0 4 1-2000) has been completed and has been approved by the Ministry of Communications. The formal implementation will begin on November 1, 2001. Aiming at the construction and application of the prestressing technology of highway bridges in our country, a brief introduction of the revision of prestressing concrete chapter
