本文报道杨桃贮藏试验.试材为充分长成的“Fwang Tung”和“Arkin”栽培种果实,转黄时采下、置4.4、7.2、10和21.1℃下贮藏8周.各试组均含用或未用聚乙烯袋密封包装两种处理.试验结果表明:在7.2℃贮温条件下,不包装的果实28天内品质无显著下降,而包装的果实腐烂严重;4.4℃贮温会引发两栽培种果实冷害;10和21.1℃的贮温会导致果实品质下降;21.1℃下果实腐烂迅速,第14天则几近失去商品价值.
This paper reports the storage of carambola in the test.The test materials are full-grown “Fwang Tung” and “Arkin” cultivars, which are harvested on yellowing and are stored at 4.4, 7.2, 10 and 21.1 ° C for 8 weeks, The results showed that the unlabeled fruits had no significant decrease in quality within 28 days after storage at 7.2 ℃, while the packaged fruits had decayed seriously. The storage temperature of 4.4 ℃ caused two cultivars Fruit cold damage; 10 and 21.1 ℃ storage temperature will lead to the decline of fruit quality; 21.1 ℃ fruit decay rapidly, the first 14 days is almost lost the value of the commodity.
