古人言:“君子安贫,达人知命。”一个人要正确认识自己,正确认识人生,保持平常心是关键所在。何为平常心?即布衣之心态,宁可清贫自在,不求浊富多忧。这既是一种生存智慧,也是一种战胜自我的豁达和大度,是一种拒绝庸俗的超脱和清醒,更是一种为人为官之道。大量事实证明,党员干部特别是领导干部一旦失去了平常心,必然会被物欲所困,被名利所累,陷入极端个人主义的泥坑不能自拔,最终走上腐化堕落的邪路。安徽双轮集团原董事长刘俊卿就是因为在带领企业取得辉煌成绩后,面对众多诱惑逐渐失去了平常心,贪欲极度膨胀,把自己的亲属和“铁杆”亲信提拔到企业的关键位置委以重任,借机大搞家族腐败,利用职务便利疯狂敛财,亲手把自己和家人送上了不归路。刘俊卿已经受到了法纪的严惩,同时也给我们留下了许多沉重的启示:党员领导干部要为人民掌好权、用好权,一定要始终保持一颗平常心,不存非分之想,不贪不义之财。
